Terms of Agreement

  • You can't modify the asset i made without permission
  • Please notify me if you want to modify the asset
  • I’m allowed to decline a commission for any reason.
  • I have the right to decline your commission if you're being rude and/or disrespectful.
  • After Brief, I must receive payment of half of the total amount due. If you rather pay in full, its okay too!
  • If you don't have money please discuss it with me for the plan. Running away with my work and/or dragging out the payment will not be tolerated.
  • Do not make major changes to final product without my permission. If i know that you make changes without my permission, First Time will result in warning
    and Second Time will result in Blacklist
  • [For Logo] Major Change to Brief after Logo Preview is Delivered 
  • [For Logo] I didn't do the sketch or anything similiar, You will get the logo with alternatives colors

PAYMENT

  1. Everything is paid through PAYPAL
  2. [For Logo] Payment process is Brief > Approval > Payment (1st half) > Logo Preview > Approval > Working > Payement (Rest of the payment) > Final Image Delivery
  3. [For GUI] Payment process is Brief > Approval > Payment (1st half) > Asset Preview > Approval > Working > Payement (Rest of the payment) > Final Image Delivery
  4. Full Refund is Available before Design process START​
  5. Payment Under $30 > Full Payment.
  6. The price already include Paypal Tax

Copyright lisence

  1. By default, i'm allowed to use the asset that i've made as my portfolio
  2. Let me know if i'm not allowed to post the asset that i made as my portfolio. (When you contacting me first)
  3. You can use commissioned asset/artwork for commercial purposes​
